Virginia State Regulations
Restricted Animals:
All species of Alligator, Crocodile, Caiman and Gavial
Brown Tree Snake ( Boiga irregularis )
All species of rodent native to Africa
Prairie Dogs

The following native species (including all morphs) require a seller's license:
Corn Snakes
Mole Kingsnakes
Eastern kingsnakes
This license costs $10.00 and runs Oct 1st. thru Sept 30th.
All permits require a 30 day turn around - no exceptions!
