The LB Reptile Experience
The LB Reptile Experience is a reptile rescue program from Jacksonville that takes over 400 calls a year for both exotic and indigenous reptiles. Returning to Tampa by popular demand, their presentation and seminar will be hands on, as the kids get to touch the animals and hold some of them, as they learn the special stories of these rescued herps from Bob Shumaker. If you like meeting the big reptiles, stop by this presentation and learn more.

Reptile Discovery
Bruce Shwedick will be displaying "Banana Boy" a 16 foot albino Burmese python and other reptiles that are a part of the educational programs he provides to schools and other organizations.
He will also be celebrating "Banana Boy's" 20th birthday. "Banana Boy" was featured in 3000 presentations at Cypress Gardens from 1996-2001 and at present, along with Bruce, is completing his third tour of schools across the US. These tours have taken them both to over 1000 schools in more than 40 states. Guests will have a chance to meet "Banana Boy" and have a photo taken with him. No fee will be charged for photos, but guests must bring their own cameras.
Bruce will also present programs each day in the presentation area, which will include a snapping turtle and endangered crocodilians!
Bill Love of Blue Chameleon Ventures
BRING YOUR CAMERA!

Interactive HERP PHOTOGRAPHY Seminar
Renowned Herp photographer Bill Love will be facilitating an interactive seminar on how to photograph herps, so bring your camera to the show! Bill Love's spectacular herp photos appear frequently in Reptiles Magazine as well as many other books and publications. So stop, camera in tow, and take opportunity to learn "hands on" from one of the best!
Please check the schedule above for information as to when Bill Love will be giving this seminar.
Tortoises!

Bill Murray from Redfoot Ranch and the Central Florida Turtle and Tortoise Club will be speaking in a live animal presentation on tortoises. Tortoise presentations don't happen at every show, so schedule a time to learn more regarding these magnificent animals sometimes known to outlive their keepers!
Invertebrates!
Todd Gearheart returns with a popular introduction into the invertebrate hobby. That's spiders, scorpions, and more to all neophytes out there, so stop by and learn more!
Carpet Pythons
Tim Manucy of ByTheShore Reptiles will give a presentation on carpet pythons. These unique animals are beautiful snakes that remain somewhat outside of the mainstream herp hobby, and are NOT among Florida's Species of Concern. Stop by this starter seminar of "Carpet Pythons Made Simple" to learn basic information on care, housing, and breeding. You'll also get to see them up close!
Venomous Herps are Returning!
Repticon Tampa will continue to feature a new Venomous Display, courtesy of Home Grown Herps and Preserve Venomous. So stop by and see what slithers in!

Unusual Mammals!

If you love mammals as much as reptiles, stop by PC Reptiles and Exotics to meet some of their monkeys and other exotic mammals. They have begun a breeding program, so learn more and perhaps be tempted to bring a little bit of the jungle into your home with an exotic pet monkey, flying squirrel, or other creature.

HedgeHogs!
Okay, so many of you have requested them, that we've got them! BeRadical Reptiles and Exotics will have Hedgehogs at Repticon Tampa. Come early to find them and take home the friend you've always wanted. All you'll need is a Flamingo for an Alice in Wonderland style game of croquet!
Note: Repticon does not actually endorse using a Hedgehog as a croquet ball.
The Wrepticon Wrabbit Wraffle
For those interested in a pet bunny, Carolyn's Rabbit Ranch will be donating a bunny for a free pet rabbit raffle. The bunny will be raffled on Saturday at approximately 1:00pm and the winner must be present to claim the pet bunny as a prize. From the Old Southeastern Show Series . . .

After three years in alternate venues (the Harborside Center in Clearwater, the USF Sundome in Tampa, and the Manatee Civic Center in Palmetto), Repticon is proud to have hosted the return of the ORIGINAL Tampa show to its longtime home at the Florida State Fairgrounds in Tampa. 2009's show was held at the Charles M. Davis Special Events Center, a clean and brightly lit modern facility that can be configured as the show grows to accommodate a layout even larger than the traditional Entertainment Hall venue at the Fairground. Building on the decade-plus history of one of Florida's longest running shows, Repticon was pleased to offer a 2009 venue that offers exhibitors and and attendees the best of both words: an upgraded building in a familiar location. In June 2009, this phenomenal show ran to enormous crowds that were enthusiastic about the sold out vendor offerings. The Florida International Reptile Show WILL return to this location in 2010 on June 12 & 13. Check back for further information as it develops regarding this most dynamic of all Repticon Shows and a show certainly not to be missed in the ongoing slate of Florida reptile shows!
