Repticon returned to Jacksonville in 2008 after difficulty with a breach of contract from its former venue, emerging again at the UNF Center. The June 2009 show moved to a more central and well-known location at the Jacksonville Fairgrounds next to Jaguar Stadium, where the most dynamic and spectacular Repticon Jacksonville to date took place, and in July of 2010 followed with another great show. Come check out the growing Repticon Jacksonville when it next returns, where Repticon excitement delights all!

The LB Reptile Experience
The LB Reptile Experience is a reptile rescue program local to Jacksonville that takes over 400 calls a year for both exotic and indigenous reptiles. Their presentation will delight as always with hands on interaction, as the kids get to touch the animals and hold some of them, as they learn the special stories of these rescued herps from Bob Shumaker. If you like meeting the big reptiles, stop by this presentation and learn more.
Reptiles of Concern!
Are you concerned? Well the State of Florida is. Come to a special presentation on large constrictor snakes given by Pensacola Herper Tim Reno from Reno's Reptiles. Learn in detail about the Reptiles of Concern laws and all requirments, participate in discussion, and see up close and touch some of the restricted constrictors that Tim will be bringing with him!
Hognose Snakes!
A special hognose snake presentation will be given by Jenea Wood from Guardian Reptiles. Learn more about these unusual and fascinating creatures that are still outside of the herp hobby mainstream. You will come to love the "hoggies."
Carpet Pythons
Tim Manucy of ByTheShore Reptiles will give a presentation on carpet pythons. These unique animals are beautiful snakes that remain somewhat outside of the mainstream herp hobby, and are NOT among Florida's Species of Concern. Stop by this starter seminar of "Carpet Pythons Made Simple" to learn basic information on care, housing, and breeding. You'll also get to see them up close!
