Resident Retail Aquatic Life Dealer License - $10.50 -- link here
Non-Resident Aquatic Life Dealer License - $100.75 -- link here
If vendor is "buying and reselling" animals, an annual $25 Pet Shop License is required - link here -- this is not required for breeders who are selling animals they have raised
Restrictions include:
No Native species or Morphs of Native for sale without Documentation of Sale or Birth
No sale or Possession of Crocodilians
No sale or Possession of Tarantulas or Scorpions
No Venomous
No "constricting snake" "six feet or over in length" -- see link below
Ferrets & native mammals require a Wild Game Breeder Permit -- link here
No sale or possession of Federally protected animals without proper permits
