Every year Repticon has received a growing number of requests for a Repticon show in Texas. In July of 2010, at long last Repticon went west with our debut Texas show, Repticon Houston! Hosted at the Pasadena Convention Center and Fairgrounds less than three miles East of Houston's outer beltway, Repticon Houston featured a great selection reptiles, amphibians, and pet products from across the South, as well as the seminars and activities that only Repticon brings. Now established since 2011 as a show runnning three times a year, be sure to visit the show in 2012, just outside of Houston, the largest city in Texas!

USARK & HARKA Fundraising Auction at the October Show!
The Auction will be held after show hours at 5:30pm, and is free and open to the public. Come have fun with your fellow reptile enthusiasts and bid on some great items to help support your rights as a pet owner.
HARKA would appreciate vendor donations for the auction.

Thomas the Snakeman
Great for beginners and old pros, Thomas the Snakeman from Barmollys Place will be at the show giving a presentation with a variety of snakes in tow for everyone to meet up close and personal. It is Thomas' mission to educate and inspire people of all ages to learn and understand more about the natural world and reptiles. Through his professional and entertaining encounters, his goal is to get individuals over their fear of snakes and to appreciate their beauty and place in the world. With over 25 years experience with reptiles and a member of the East Texas Herp Society, Thomas the Snakeman invites you to come meet the corns, kings, milksnakes, and boas he will have available throughout the show.

Gina's Heart of Gold Rescue will be at the show, informing you what their rescue does to help tortoises. Learn to help all tortoises, including your own at home, as they will be teaching basic care for these popular reptiles.
Snake ID!
Clint Pustejovsky with Texas Snakes & More will be facilitating a fascinating presentation regarding how to identify the many snakes that can be found in your own backyard. It will be interactive and everyone will have the opportunity to touch and interact with the animals if they choose. You will be sure to learn something from Clint, so don't miss his presentation!

Arachnids!
Mike Dean from Exotic Kingdom will be giving a presentation focusing on various arachnids. As a breeder of these creatures, he is the man to learn from if you are into animals that even some herpers think are creepy and crawly. If you like tarantulas, scorpions, and other spiders, stop by to see them up close and personal!
